We are a group of professionals with experience in the real estate industry, consumer goods, and the Self Storage service.

Our family has been involved in the Self Storage business in the United States for over 30 years. We own and/or manage 33 facilities located across five U.S. states. We have extensive knowledge when it comes to caring for personal belongings and meeting the specific needs of each customer. Our main goal is to offer new, clean, dry, well-lit, secure, and private storage spaces for both individuals and businesses. We ensure exclusive access and guarantee the safety of stored items, as each client uses their own lock and key.

We understand that the concept of Self Storage is still new in Uruguay, even though it has been highly successful in the United States and Europe. As of today, there are over 54,000 Self Storage centers in the U.S., and it is estimated that one in every ten people uses this service. Thousands of similar facilities also operate across Europe.

Our mission is to bring this valuable service already proven successful for many to Punta del Este.
